RED SIMON wins Allesverloren as a new Partner Winery
RED SIMON, the specialist for South African premium wines, is happy to announce its new partner winery: the renowned estate Allesverloren.
The long-standing estate Allesverloren can look back on a turbulent history. As early as 1696, the brave widow Cloete founded the wine farm when she arrived at the inhospitable Swartland region as one of the first settlers. The name Allesverloren signifies the looting and pillage of the farm in 1704. The impressive slopes of the grand Kasteelberg Mountain offer ideal conditions for cultivating heavy, robust red wines for which Allesverloren receives awards on a national as well as an international level. The unique terroirs make for strong, healthy vines and grapes that are turned into wonderful vividly coloured, powerful wines. Its fruit-dominated character excites wine lovers worldwide.
Allesverloren focuses on the cultivation of classic port wine vines which is not very common for South Africa. Resulting are the exciting red wines Tinta Barocca, Touriga Nacional as well as the port wine Fine Old Wine that impress wine lovers worldwide. These wines have been awarded numerous times by the International Wine and Spirit Competition as well as the Silver Decanter.
RED SIMON offers a great selection of Allesverloren wines at www.red-simon.com.
